Reykjavik District Court confirms composition agreement

The District Court of Reykjavik confirmed the composition agreement between Hf. Eimskipafelag Islands and its creditors today.

Hf. Eimskipafelag Islands will pay all claims of all creditors as stipulated in the composition proposal, which was approved by 100% of creditors on August 14, 2009.
