Baldur Gudnason resigns as CEO
Baldur Guðnason, the CEO of Hf. Eimskipafélag Íslands has decided to leave the company at his own request with immidiate effect. Stefán Ágúst Magnússon, which has been the deputy CEO for the last couple of years, will serve as a CEO until further notification.

Today Eimskip is among the most powerful shipping companies within Europe and a worldwide leader in the operation of cold stores. I want to wish Baldur all the best in new projects.“
