Gothenburg office is closing down

As we recently advised – the office in Gothenburg is closing and the operation is moving to Helsingborg, and the process of moving is well under way.

New personnel have been employed at our Customer Service department, and are now being educated, and we are happy to present the full group.
Your shipments to/from Iceland, Faroe Islands, Greenland and USA/Canada will be taken good care of in the future by: 

Lena Borg(Supervisor), Agneta Falkenström, Jenny Cervin and Karin Fridh.

Lena and Agneta have already started, and Jenny and Karin will join us in the beginning of November.

At the moment we are in the middle of the most hectic time, when we work from both Gothenburg and Helsingborg, as the staff in Gothenburg are leaving at the same time as new staff members are joining us in Helsingborg.

We will do our utmost to avoid you being affected by our internal changes, although we kindly ask  you to have patience with your new contact persons, who will of course need some extra guidance in the beginning.

Important dates/information:

1) Friday afternoon, 13th October – new phone/faxnumbers to Customer Service
Eimskip Liner Traffic – Customer Service moves to the Helsingborg office

From Friday afternoon, 13th October, the Customer Service for the Eimskip Liner Traffic will be handled from our Helsingborg office, and the group phonenumber(+46 31 857085) will be forwarded on to a Helsingborg phonenumber: +46 42 175580.

This can cause some overheating on the phone lines, therefore we would appreciate if as many of you as possible could contact our Customer Service directly on the new Helsingborg numbers or group-email as per below, during this time - preferably by email if possible.

3) Friday 27th October – the Gothenburg office will be closed down from 12.00

Friday 27th October, the move to Helsingborg will be finalised and the Gothenburg office will close at 12.00.

4) Monday 30th October – All Eimskips activities will be handled from the Helsingborg office

From Monday 30th October, we will all work from Eimskip’s “old” office at Fäktmästaregatan in Helsingborg. More contact information will come later.

5) Beginning of December – move to new premises in northern Helsingborg

In the beginning of December, Eimskip Logistics AB will, together with former WLC Transport AB, move into Eimskip’s new purpose-built premises in Väla Södra Industriområde in Helsingborg.

More details about that will come later.
