Last autumn, Eimskip temporarily offered a new route to Gdynia in Poland, which was well received by Eimskip's customers. Eimskip will now make changes in the sailing schedule, making Gdynia a permanent port of call. At the same time, Eimskip will stop calling the port in Świnoujście, which will be removed from the route. The first calling to Gdynia was on January 8th and will continue fortnightly.
Other changes in the sailing schedule are that Immingham will be called by the Yellow Line on Thursdays, instead of the Grey Line. The Grey Line will call Rotterdam every other week, which is an addition to the current schedule. Akureyri will be called every other week, as well as Ísafjördur, Saudárkrókur and Húsavík.
