Eimskip increases its service with further connections in Poland and Baltic

Tuesday, July 16, 2019
From next week Eimskip will offer weekly sailings to and from two ports in Poland and Klaipeda in Lithuania. These sailings are a part of a new partnership with the Danish shipping company Unifeeder, a leading feeder- and shortsea network operator in Europe. Eimskip will thereby stop sailing of their own vessels to Poland but at the same time offer weekly service to and from the area. As a part of the new partnership, Eimskip will now have access to Unifeeder‘s extensive network and can therefore offer even better service with further connections into the Baltic.

  • Increased service to our customers with increased frequency and more ports
  • Partnership with Unifeeder, a leading feeder- and shortsea network operator in Europe
  • Ideal for both export and import with connections to Århus and more ports within Eimskip‘s sailing system

“To meet the vast increasing interests from our customers towards this area, we can now offer more frequent sailings and more ports. Unifeeder is a solid partner and this partnership opens up even more opportunities with connections to their extensive and reliable network, both in the Baltic but also in Finland and other ports in Europe.“ says Matthias Matthiasson, Managing Director of Eimskip Sales.

New sailing schedule will take effect as of next week.
